The penalty has to be paid at the Search and Investigation Section at Industrial Area Street No. (52).
According to the statement, "owners of impounded vehicles, which have been kept under custody for 3 months or more, are to contact the Investigation Section...complete the procedures to release their vehicles, on or before the end of working hours on October 1."
In case the owner of a vehicle that has been under custody for three months and more does not pay the fine or contact the traffic department before the due date, the MOI plans to sell them off.
